Hacking My Take on a Homebrew Channel look

I made a sort of remake of the Homebrew Channel banner, based on the more rectangular look of the 3DS HBC.
It's 800x600, but I'll make a better, 1920x1080 version made so it can be cropped into almost anything.
I went with the look of the 3DS HBC because, well, 1. The rectangles are easier to do, and 2. It reminded me of the rectangular look of Wii Channels.
