Flash carts sometimes don't fit 100% to the GBA or DS that's being used. I'm facing this issue myself and finding it increasingly difficult to get my Flash2Advance Ultra cart to even boot up at all on any of my handhelds. First response would be Q-tips with rubbing alcohol to clean the contacts. The superglue idea may have some merit as long as you're sure that the cart is warping on its own and not as a result of the GBA SP construction itself.
