Well this is it........I finally got my acekard 2i today......It is fine it works like a charm and everything.

    Ok here it is:
Reliability: 4/5 I've seen some people who didn't get the items they ordered...BUT since I got mine it's a 4/5
Possibility of damage: HIGH The acekard came in a little package A PAPER package so a box could have fallen on it.
Customer service: 0/5 No replies to my e-mails at all even the ones about adding insurance to the order....seriously no customer service at all.
State of item/items: 5/5 PERFECT both work like a charm definitely recommended so when you get your item it will work fine. (probably)
Price: Good prices over-all and low shipping costs to boot. (not express)
    Free shipping: No

    Overall: 4/5 A good all-around site. Recommended!

It's really something that's implied when you're dealing with a overseas company.
For best customer service and reliability, buy local.

Yeah, I must say that even though I got my R4i in the mail from them, it was a complete dud and a waste of money. For the past two months, I've been trying my hardest to get a real answer from them for some hope of a refund, but so far no luck. If you shop with Gamezway, just hope you're fortunate enough to get what you want.

4coolday (from what i've seen/heard) is pretty good with keeping in touch with its buyers, even though they're from china [IMG]

I Added Gamezway to MSN Messenger and considering the time difference between Los Angeles & China they responded to me within a few hours and were very helpful

4coolday is awesome at keeping in touch. There is no excuse that gamezway would completely ignore you.
