Hacking my r4 sdhc rts lite card is not working anymore

i bought a r4 sdhc rts lite card for my nintendo dsi console a week ago, it was all fine and dandy until i wanted to put a program called iplayer on it, to watch videos. when i put it on the card, i pressed games and started the file IPLI.nds double white screens opened and the console shut down, now when i turn it on the card icon does not show up anymore, it says that there is no card inserted in the DS GAme card slot. Maybeit was because my dsi runs firmware 1.45, but the iplayer was 1.44? PlEASE HELP ME SOMEBODY, cause i have no money at all to buy another card like this im desperate.

You pretty much ran a firmware update MADE for another cart on yours and bricked it, in order to fix it you will need another working flashcart, and a DS phat or DS lite.
