when i try to save the game and come back to where i started it just says start new game wtf?

anyone help me im trying to fix my friends super card.. im not an expert anyone help me with this please?

I don't really no ive tried but theres always a loading screen freeze when i start it up soo i dont know

the game works fine but idk man


this Super Card is probably a clone seeing that when i tore open the plastic sticker face thing theres a black space in the middle or like an opening
i dont know if its supposed to be like that but my TTDS is fake or cloned but it works ok
