Hacking My New 3DS with a9lh does not turn on

I have this problem, I formatted my new 3ds with arm9loaderhax and luma, I put back the arm9loaderhax.bin and the Luma carpet in the micro sd and put it back in the 3ds, but when I turn it on, the black screen appears and it does not leave me Set up The 3ds, I do not know what happened, I did the same with my old 3ds and if it turns on, please I need help, I do not know if it's a brick or a semi-brick

Turn on your 3ds with the sdcard out.

-If it turns back off, your a9lh.bin is broke. Just copy in a new one and your golden.

-If it stays on, you've bricked, and we cant help any further unless you've made a nand dump
