Hacking My Laptop Not reading WBFS

So my laptop doesnt read the WBFS format at all, i use the managers and it reads as an error, but my PC works fine, but i had to send my pc for repair so all i have is my laptop, does anyone know what my problem is?

what do you mean? WBFS Partition or WBFS Manager?

make sure your running as administrator

i am, the drive itself dosent read, like even to format the thing back to a FAT32 wont work
