Hacking My Kingston won't work

Hello, sorry to be asking so many questions on this forum but i have one more.

I bought an extra MicroSD for my long christmas trip i have coming up. I All ready had one sandisk 2GB and it works great.
I ordered a Kingston 2GB and can't get it to work on my M3 real or Games n' Music.
It is seen on my computer when i put it in the USB adapter that came with the M3 Real.
It is also seen my my wii when i put it in the SD adapter it came with.
but none of my DS carts will read it, it comes up with media not found.

Did i format it wrongly or something.
All did was use windows formatting.
Please help

Try to format it using SDFormatter 2.0, available here or in the GBAtemp Downloads section.

That was the first thing i formatted it with.
THen when that did not work i used windows formatting.
Neither seems to work

Have you tried formatting through Windows Disk Management (diskmgmt.exe in windows/system32 directory) with FAT File System and 32K Cluster Size?

Also made sure that the "SYSTEM" folder for the M3 Real is installed on the MicroSD? Depending on where you download it from, if you extract it from the file, they may be placed in an "English" folder on the card.
