Hacking My games installed on USB dont show after VC

Hello Guys.
I've stumbled over this weird problem and wanted to ask if this just happens to me:

When launching and playing a VC GameCube game (installed on my USB) and then exiting (pressing the home button) none of my Games which i've got installed on the USB are shown. After restarting the Console, they are back again.
Probably a problem with the re-initialosation of my USB.

CBHC installed.
Any clue?

Sounds like your HDD is losing power or going into sleep mode

Its a 64GB USB.
Okay i've tested a bit and it turns out that it is pretty inconsistent.
Sometimes, after going back the the Wii U menu, the Wii U manages to load the games, and sometimes it's just saying please wait (usb loading in the bottom left corner). And after about 10 seconds the message goes away and no games are being loaded.

Not it's not. Intrestingly, when it fails, the light of the USB shuts off.
I also switched the USB ports but the same thing occurs.
