my games and homebrews have disappeared from the orbis

I rebuilt the database tonight
the 2 folders that I once created games and homebrews have disappeared from the orbis
in the games folder were the games
in the homebrew folder were homebrews

then i copied the ps4 xplorer
I went to user and then to the app
I clicked on cusa 25000 then I clicked on pkg and nothing happened
then i pulled circle and then again on cusa 25000
again i clicked the pkg and the game cleared
then i connected the external hdd and copied it
does the ps4 make me delete it?
makes me delete cusa 25000?
