I have an original SmartJoy Dual PLUS USB Adapter, I wanted another one but they are no longer available.
So I have just taken delivery of two of these and they work flawlessly in Windows 10 without the need for any windows drivers.
    Tested with the following:
    PSX Standard Pad SPCH-1080
    Normal Pad Mode 100% working
    Analog Mode NOT APPLICABLE
    Force Feedback NOT APPLICABLE
    ASCIIWARE Arcade Stick SLEH-00009
    Normal Pad Mode 100% working
    Analog Mode NOT APPLICABLE
    Force Feedback NOT APPLICABLE
    Dualshock 1 SCPH-1200
    Normal Pad Mode 100% working
    Analog Mode 100% working
    Force Feedback Not Tested
    Dualshock 2 SCPH-10010
    Normal Pad Mode 100% working
    Analog Mode 100% working
    Force Feedback Not Tested
    PSX Analog Pad SCPH-1180
    Normal Pad Mode 100% working
Analog Mode (RED LED) 100% working
Flightstick Mode (GREEN LED) No Analog but buttons work
    Force Feedback NOT APPLICABLE
    Namco NPC-101 neGcon
neGcon analog Twist function Mapped to Analog X-Axis
Analog I and II Buttons mapped to Analog Y-Axis
Analog L Shoulder Button mapped to Analog Z-Axis
    NAMCO NPC-105 JogCon
    Normal Pad Mode 100% working
Analog Mode (RED LED) Analog Force Feedback Jogcon wheel,
    Force Feedback NOT TESTED

The only thing I cannot test is the Force Feedback rumble at the moment, but again this isn't a major issue in my mind.
Love this adapter, wonder if it supports Dance Mats too?!? (Dance Mats and Force Feedback are supported by the SmartJoy Dual PLUS USB Adapter so maybe they will work!)

UPDATE: the "start+select+up" for DANCE MAT Mode doesn't work with CSL Unit and I know that there is a driver needed to add Rumble/Force Feedback to the SmartJoy so I'm pretty sure it wont support that either, but there is one last trick up its sleeve!
Full Play Station 3 support to connect you PSX/PS2 Pads to a PS3!
