I can't try it right now, but what programs should I get for recording my Wii?

I'm going to hook my Wii next to my computer, so the cords are long enough... My computers not that amazing speed wise so is there anything specific I should get to record?

FRAPS is likely to be the fastest.

Also did nobody warn you that cheap capture cards often have latency issues?

Where it can take time before an action you do on the wii shows up on the screen.

If you're not using your computer to watch it (like you have a splitter so it displays on the TV and computer at the same time) it's not an issue as you can just watch your TV.
