Hacking My custom made homebrew apps folders do not load

I made a cIOS installer and uninstaller folder with the boot.elf's in it. When I try to load it via homebrew channel its stuck at 0%. I do not have a meta.xml or a icon.png in file.

Try removing all GC memory cards and/or SD geckos.

It did that on my friend's 3.3 Wii but worked fine on my 3.1 Wii. I dunno.

try format the card,(back up everything 1st and only run them apps with nothing else on the card
