Hardware my component cables are shit

so yeah basically my component cable's video cord isn't working. The audio is coming in but not the video. I don't know what happened..it was working yesterday. I tried to hook it up to my other tv but the same effect..........how can i fix this.

You can buy a new set of cables that for sure will fix ya problem

.....ok not really helping.....kind of know to buy new ones if the old ones don't work period

Try fiddling with the connectors. See if you're losing contact somewhere. If it's not at the sockets, the wire broke somewhere, and short of stripping the insulation and finding the break (and soldering it), there's nothing you can do about it but buy a new cable.
