Homebrew My brother broke my 3ds

Hey guys, so I gave away my 3ds for some week to my little brother. But when I got it back and tried to turn it on it wouldn't work :/. The blue light on the bottom lights up for like 1 second and then turns of. After that I watched some video's and tried to come up with a solution. I already tried L R A and up and then power but nothing happends. The weird thing is, on my sd card in my 3ds their is only one thing, thats the boot.3dsx file thingie, nothing besides that. Is their still a way to fix this problem or can I just throw my 3ds away? xD

I appreciate all the help, and will do anything to fix it!

I'm not good with al this computer stuff, so if you would like don't use al these hardcore computerterms xD

It looks like B9S is installed, but the Luma3DS boot.firm is missing. Download the latest Luma3DS boot.firm and put it on the root of your SD card. Does that fix the problem?

You needs to find out if you have A9LH or B9S,

Check with these see what you are on, if it doesn't work you might had bricked.
