Hacking My BatchDPG is freakin screwed up, Help?

Can someone convert this video for me? I need it to the moonshell filetype (.dpg). My BatchDPG is like, acting weird. I've got a perfectly fine video file for my r4ds, and I went throught the conversions, and then the conversion within Batch DPG won't work.

Anyways, can you tell me what's wrong, or convert it for me?

Yea, kinda hard to tell you what's wrong when all you say is that it doesn't work and it's "acting weird."
