Hardware My 3DS died with an invalid error type (Sorry for bad English)

I have a hacked New 3DS XL
So, i was drawing in Pokemon Art Academy and suddenly my 3DS stopped responding. Then an error showed up on the bottom screen. The top screen was absolutely ok
Here's the text of that error

Well, now when i try to boot up my 3DS that blue light starts to glow and dies after one second so i can't even open godmode9. Screens are completely black, they don't even starts to glow

If it glows for one second, it means that boot.firm cannot be found on ctrNAND or the SD card.

...Oh god that's my SD card's fault :0 No wonder why i couldn't find this problem on google. Thank you so much
