Hacking mutliple Wii U systems with the same NNID?

Hi,
I am thinking of getting a second Wii U cheap and using my already bought DS game to perma-hack it. Can I simply log in to the NNID account or is it tied to the console as it is for the 3DS?

I may be wrong but I believe if you do a wiiu system transfer everything on the original wiiu will be deleted and you would have to set up a new nnid which would defeat the purpose as the original wiiu would then not have the DS game on it.

what would happen to the old NNID if it really got deleted on the transfer? would I have to use a new NNID on the new system? or could I then use the old one after deleting it on the old system?
