You can using moonshell. you'll have to convert the movie to DPG.

To make life easier for you, you'll need:
BatchDPG
AVI Synth
K-lite codec pack

There are a few different dpg converters out there, like Batch as Rayder suggested, or dpgtools which is included with Moonshell.

And there is also DSM Play, which plays DSM movies. But don't do this.
