Gaming Music glitch in Mega Man Legacy Collection 2

I've discovered a weird music glitch in Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 (not 1). Here's a step-by-step tutorial:

1. Play a game, any game
2. Go to any part with music playing (title screen, robot master stage, etc) and go to the menu (the one with all the options, filters, checkpoint saves). Notice how there is no music playing, this is important.
3. Go to the Home Menu and (this is when things get weird) go to the News.
4. Go to a news article with a video and play it, it can be any.
5. While the video is playing, put the switch in sleep mode via the power button (duh).
6. Turn the switch back on. Go back to the news, the video should be paused, press the home button and resume MMLC2
7. The music will still be playing in the menu when it shouldn't
8. Realize this glitch has no use or point whatsoever.
