Hacking Multi-booting GC isos with Mac OS X

I have a mac, but the only multi-boot GC ISO Creators out there that I can find are from the GC days where it was only the one 1.5GB disc, so they don't allow you to create multi-boot discs up to 4.37GB like now. I've gotten these ones running through wine but obviously the space got in the way of me actually writing an iso. The one for wii that everyone keeps suggesting can't run because it uses .NET 2.0 and I can't seem to figure out what to do after installing Mono and everything's just a big mess. Has anyone run into this obstacle/suggestions to get this app running?

With my old Macbook, I actually ran Bootcamp just to make a 30gb partition for Windows (for when things like this happen)... Idk if you might want to try that. Sorry if this isn't that answer you wanted.
