Mugen Tournament3 Last Duel

I found this game online for download called Mugen Tournament3 Last Duel. I DL'd it and it's freakin' HARDCORE. It's a PC fighting game with 60 fighters (4 hidden), over-the-top moves, mega combos, team fighting, multiple speeds and difficulties and many characters from many different fighting games. It plays in Street Fighter fashion. Seems to be only in 640x480 res.
Works with a game controller...I'm using a Logitech Wingman Rumble pad myself.

It appears to be freeware, but I'm not sure. So I'm asking here if it's OK to post the links.

It's a 6 part rar file that totals 532megs. Un-rar'd, it's 928 megs and runs from wherever you have it when you click the exe file for it.

I'm get my ass handed to me nastily in this game, even on the easiest level. Maybe I just suck, but this game ain't for noobs (which, if I judge by this game, I am one), but it's freakin' SWEET!

In the readme, it has a list of people that made it, but no company name is mentioned.

I'm sure you can understand why I'm not sure if it's freeware or what.....I see no company names in the game either, no copyright info, no dates, nothing. Just hardcore fighting action! This game is seriously badass!

I feel absolutely compelled to share this with everyone! Fighters on the PC are very rare outside of emulators and this is one of the best I've seen.

Awaiting a MODs approval to post the links......or not. I don't want to break any forums rules ya know.

The previous license agreements for usage of M.U.G.E.N from Elecbyte have expired and it appears that a new license agreement will never be granted. Thus, any current distribution of M.U.G.E.N has not been authorized by Elecbyte and is technically illegal.

OK. Hmm.....gee.....too bad for you guys that can't find it then, I guess. One thing I'm noticing is a serious imbalance in fighters. This is definitely a fan-made game. Some characters don't use all the buttons, so do. Some are slow as sin and others move around like lightning. But when you pick one of the combo-happy lightning characters, it's TOO much fun!

What we do in our PM's is our business, right?

Games made with MUGEN generally are really unbalanced. Some characters controlled by the AI can be as knowledgable as a slug, while others won't give you a chance to breathe.
