Hello fellow Singaporean! Anyway, get a homebrew application called Beup, pick the No-Fat version and DLDI patch it. Get a commercial WiFi-enabled game (or rom) and set your WiFi configuration (if you haven't done this). Make sure you are able to connect to NWC.

After that, just run the baby and see it fly lol.

Beup (or any WiFi homebrew) can connect to the Nintendo WiFi USB Connector. Here's how: http://scdev.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5262

First make sure you have removed the nintendo drivers and unplugged the usb connector.
Once that's done, you plug it in again and wait for windows to pop up the hardware installation menu. You then select the option which allows to look for drivers in a specific folder, you point out the "Drivers" folder which was extracted from the zipfile et voila...

Same thing happens to me. Try to broadcast your SSID and do it manually through BEUP. It may work that way.

Beup requires no set up if you can connect to wifi games. It was so easy for me.
