Homebrew MPlayer bricked up my Wii...

ok yesterday I try playing Death Note (An animanda fan subbed one) using MPlayer DVD edition
my Wii goes to that usual error screen where your only choice is to unplug the Wii (because you can't turn it off then)
Next thing I know, I can't turn on my Wii. I tried everything: unplugging it then back in, and even using a different inlet

this is not a brick, if the Wii does not even turn on (is there a led at least ?), this is hardware failure, you maybe broke your Wii by violently disconnecting it

btw, when exception sceen occurs, you can always switch the Wii off by holding the power BUTTON a few seconds, nice to know for your next wii

Jaco is totally right, so you just powered off, and what happens when you power on, Is their any power?
Maybe power supply has blown....Fuse in the plug
