Hacking moving saves from cycloDS to a real game

Ok, so I wanted to put a save from my CycloDS onto a real game card since I need to actually use one... The only problem is that shuny savegame converter place is a pile of rubbish and is making saves that my AR is saying don't match the game, or something along those lines. Now what do I do?

Not sure if I was supposed to post this here but I figure anyone with experience might post around here.

What game is it for? If it's Pokemon or Animal Crossing then it won't work because the Action Replay does not support their save sizes.
But the Shuny converter is pretty much perfect, so don't go bashing it.
