Hacking Question Moving saves from a banned system to a clean one?

Hey everyone
Since I’m one of those freaks who actually cares about playing online on the switch I went ahead and got a cheap “tablet only” Switch so that I have something to run CFW/Backups on

However since I see a lot of people have NOT been banned (yet) I was debating between trying my lucky on my current Switch instead so I was wondering if any of you guys already tried moving saves between a banned system and a clean one
Providing the account isn’t banned of course the Switch has a “transfer account” feature that lets you movement over your saves to a new Switch, theoretically it would be possible to move your saves to a clean Switch in order to not lose your Splatoon 2 rank and whatnot, but I figured I’d ask if somebody has tried this before and can report if it works

Yeah I was pondering that myself, it's reasonable to expect that some log files would come along with your saves and get you banned in the future, assuming that's how Nintendo is doing it
I was just wondering if someone had already tried this route, I'm like 99% set on just having this new Switch be completely offline (or rather, not authenticated as I still plan to use online for homebrew and updates)
