Moving Safari Bookmarks from iOS 5 to iOS 7 ?

I got two devices:

iPad 1 iOS 5.1.1

iPad 2 iOS 7.0.4

How can I get the Safari Bookmarks form the iPad 1 to the iPad 2 ?
(even extracting them into html so I could use them with chrome or firefox would be neat)

Simply copy and paste via iFunbox won't work, as the iPad 2 simply will not see the bookmarks.

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT:
Nevermind: iTunes was able to "sync them" with the Internet Explorer bookmarks.
