Hacking Moving Homebrew Launcher (boot.3dsx) to SysNAND

Just installed boot9strap and got Luma up and running on SysNAND. Is there any way to move the boot.3dsx file for the Homebrew Laucnher to SysNAND as well? It has fairly key functionality and I don't want it cluttering up the SD card/being deleted by accident if possible.
