Homebrew Moving Arm9 Luma N3DS to another Arm9 Luma N3DS?

I wanted to know if this was possible without losing everything. I recently got a black New3ds and have a White one that I really want to switch over to but not sure how to transfer without losing everything unless I update and do a system transfer but not sure how that works with hacked 3DSes.

Backup the tickets, and saves, on your white 3ds, do a system transfer to the black one, reinstall tickets with FBI, restore saves with JKSM.

You will need to have both 3DS units A9LH'd and on latest luma

If there both modded, you can literally just system transfer. When everything arrives on the second 3ds, then you run tikshop. I've done it several times in the past, works just like a regular 3ds system transfer. The only thing you need to worry about it that all apps that aren't on the eshop get deleted (fbi, luma updater, gba vc injects etc.)
