So I bought this wii u while I was in USA and, i moved back too UK. I haven't really touched the console since 2019 after moving back to UK.
I recently learned about jailbreaking it and I am a bit confused on if it will or will not work in the uk because we have high voltage (230v).
On the WII U power supply it says 120v (WUP-002 USA) and on the game pad power supply it says 120v 60hz (WUP-011 USA).
I have come across several threads talking about this topic but they are inconsistent and conflict with one another.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Is that all the labels say? Normally if they were universal I would expect to see mention of 230V and 50Hz (50Hz being harsher than 60Hz) somewhere on it. There might also have been more universal models made later/earlier/some different batch.
