All 3ds motherboards should have a wifi chip on them so I wouldn't worry. I'm not sure I understand your question though.

Yeah the question is a little confusing to me but I can only assume you mean "where can I buy a N3DS motherboard online?"
if you check his older posts, we can assume he ruined his 3ds and now wants to purchase a working motherboard for it
i would suggest to just buy a new console from retail or something but like every Brazilian rants and has to remember everyone on the internet, prices of electronics are too high in there
