Can anyone see what I am doing wrong on the following site?

It errors out using IE once I add the following code:

The original source where it was ripped from basically had the chatroom filling the whole screen and now I am trying to modify it to fit the table. The code in question originally looked like this:

But after customizing the page the room would only load after moving the code in question to right above where the chat room starts....

Anyone got any feed back for me on how NOT to get the error in IE??
