I think the rules should be changed regarding bumps, and they should be observed more strictly regarding asking for Warez.
I'm sick of seeing countless noobs bumping their topic while it hasn't been 5 minutes since it was posted!
And I don't know if people are punished by increasing their warning rate when they ask for Warez, but they certainly aren't banned or kicked, usually their post is removed.
