Cool, I thought development had stopped due to something 'official DS development kit' related. I hope MoonShell itself will be further developed although everything works fine atm.

He was using a trial version of the devkit to do some necessary optimizations for dpg playback or something. He needs like 6,000 yen to buy a license. Dunno if the number is 100% correct, but the point is he can't afford it.

We should find out and do some fund raising - 6,000 Yen is about £25 or $50.

The cost of an official devkit would be more like 600,000yen.

    Good luck with the fundraising.

approx $6000. Roughly. I haven't even seen many donations go over $100.

    Hi,

any chance this can be put up on the Downloads page - the author's site seems to be down at the moment, and I can't find it hosted anywhere else.

    cheers

Yes, I was wondering too why Moonshell is not (or rather does not appear to be) in the Downloads section here. So many essential files, yet Moonshell - itself essential for many of us (at least until DSOrganize does video) - is nowhere to be seen.

But I am quite thankful for the download center as it is, don't get me wrong!
