Hacking moonshell doubt

i use moonshell to watch quite a lot of movies and animes. but some videos seek almost instatntly. but some take long time around a minute or so. is it normal or is there any problem

Fast seeking movies is a good tell when they are converted by a newer version of batchdpg.
Slower seeking movies normally mean they were encoded by an older version.
