Hacking Moonshel Help: Bookmarks (EZ-Lite IV)

I was just wondering if anyone has gotten the bookmark function on Moonshell to work. It's just that I've taken to reading some e-books (legally via Project Gutenburg might I add) on my DS and its quite annoying having to remember a 6 digit number for when you return to read it.

The function is there by pressing L or R while reading a txt document in Moonshell.But for me, when I click the R button I get an error message;

Disabled Bookmark function

Please refer 'misc/Bookmark/Bookmark.txt'
I don't know where that directory is so I can't attempt to find it.

I've even put the latest version (1.41?) of Moonshell in my Ez-Lite IV but I'm all out of ideas now.

Someone replied with....

you need to have bookmrk0.sav,bookmrk1.sav,bookmrk2.sav, and bookmr3.sav in your moonshl folder.

No joy...

On opening Moonshell I get the following error:

QUOTE

Bookmark initialize.

Not support disk write function.

Adapter = Ez-Flash4 SD

I made 4 save files in the shell directory by copy and pasting another save file and then renaming it to bookmrk0.sav,bookmrk1.sav,bookmrk2.sav etc.

These save files are 32 KB in size.
Should the way I made the save files work?
I've tried it with 256kb save files aswell now. The result is the same: Failure



So now I'm just wondering if this function works with the EZ lite IV at all?

you can't just create the savs yourself. The savs are all 1kb. If you download the r4 firmware 1.11 inside the monshl folder you should see those saves.

Unless some kind person who got it working would zip up all their Moonshell files and uploaded it to megaupload.com so I could use it that is
