Is there any clear way to delete/or sell a white helmet item that was made in error from an old talisman cheat?

I unfortunately didn't make a backup of my save and have ended up with a single white helmet in my equipment box. So far only things it seems to effect is it crashes my game when I choose the ramp-up weapons option at the smithy. I've tried moving items out of slot1 and row1 in my box and still crashes game. I'm guessing I need to get the white helmet out of there completely; any way?

So I have everything install and what not but when i load the cheats it says no cheats loaded? I placed on the correct file location same ID and what not 1.1.1 updated and all no Edizon install but the overlay. so not sure why its not loading the file
