High res is seemingly not possible. This is actually for the best though as the bread was the finest off the shelf type of bread I have ever had, sadly it is not made any more and I am too lazy to make my own.

Sadly I have yet to find a bread machine that I can rely on to make good bread. Certainly it is better than most of what the USA passes off as bread, it is better than a lot of stuff I get in supermarkets otherwise, having a small loaf of warm bread as you fall over the cat coming down stairs in the morning is great and I would probably even say net positive on the world, but they are nowhere close to a handmade loaf of bread and certainly not one from a proper baker and if I am being indulgent then....

Home bread machines don't knead the dough thoroughly enough. You need to develop the gluten in the dough, and that's done by proper kneading. Industrial dough mixers can do that, home machines are usually too weak to work the dough properly.
