ModRetro, the company behind the excellent Chromatic handheld, is further supporting the retro games line up with re-releases of classic titles. The company has announced that it is now shipping new cartridges of Baby T-Rex, one of the rarest Game Boy games released, and space shooter Project S-11.

Oh no! The evil magician Sethron has kidnapped Rexette, Rex's girlfriend and hidden her in his spooky castle, where he intends to carry out his demonic experiments. Now the Rex master has to stop him before it's too late! Slam through 16 wild levels of jammin-jungles, crystalised caves, dangerous dungeons and terrifying towers. Can you help the coolest dinosaur around to run, jump, shoot and skate... to defeat all the dangers that separate him from the love of his life? Not an easy job, but would our hero need your help otherwise?

You are the lone operative of Project S-11, tasked with a critical mission: infiltrate the advancing alien armada and deliver vital intel to defend your home world from total annihilation. Battle through eight relentless stages filled with swarms of enemy ships, dodging fire and collecting powerful upgrades that transform your combat strategy. Will you rise to the challenge and save your planet? The fate of the world is now—quite literally—in your hands.

Baby T-Rex and Project S-11 are now available for $35 and $55, respectively, on the ModRetro website. Keep an eye out for our upcoming coverage of these games!

Wasn't Baby T-Rex the game that was actually a reskin of the Game Boy version of We're Back! A Dinosaurs Story?

Not to mention it was also released as Agro Soar in Australia.
Correct. It was also going to release as Ed the Duck in the UK based on CBBC's mascot, but it ended up getting canned until the GigaLeak.

Because it's not a ROM,but a cartridge + things they have to manufacture and deliver.
I'd rather get a ROM to use on my flashcart. Stupid prices for a cartridge.

bro Project S-11 is such a random choice probably nobody has heard of, yet it's literally the first game I ever owned and didn't have to share with my brother (I think my parents just picked it from a discount bin at gamestop, as this was a few years after the gba released). Game is okay, but the music is top notch. The "Ekans Desert" theme is an ear worm.

Every time I see ModRetro ads, I'm tempted to buy it, but I don't because I already have a modded SP that can play GB games on a nicer screen. This S-11 release feels like it's laser targeted at me... except I still have my original cartridge, so spending $45 for a fancy box and keychain would be dumb.
