I'm having an issue trying to downgrade my PSTV from 3.73 to 3.60. Modoru goes through the process and all, bet when it gets to the system update part, I gen an error that says "this file is corrupt with error code C3-3817-9. what am I doing wrong?

I did the same thing as stated in the guide and had no issues at al.
