Hacking Modify files of NUS "usb ready" game downloads?

I'm curious if this is possible! I'm interested in looking into the format used for Wii VC titles, which are available in NUS format (aka "usb ready") but not something easily editable, ala Loadiine. Is it possible at all to dump the files needed to edit it? Thanks!

yes, I wanted to make a nice thread to stick (something explaining what's currently possible, and all their differences).
I should read the ultimate wiiu guide to not make that same thing

I might rename that thread and stick it. I don't have enough time to write nice guides.
edit : renamed! for the moment it's good enough.

Maybe I should stick "there's a new wiiU update !!!!!" and explain that.. no, there is no new update.
so users will read that thread, because they NEVER read the one saying there's no new update....
