I hope you realize that Fat32 supports up to 8 Terabytes, or 2 Terabytes with 512 byte clusters.

Unless you mean the single file is too big, in which case it can only support 4 GB.

The maximum possible size for a file on a FAT32 volume is 4GB minus 1 byte (2^32−1 bytes).

Why is it that people don't actually READ anymore? Must people blindly believe what they are told, even when it's wrong?

Your on GBATemp.net, which means you have internet access... try actually looking stuff up!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_Allocation_Table

Limits
Max file size 4 GB minus 1 byte (or volume size if smaller)

Max filename size 8.3 filename, or 255 UTF-16 characters when using LFN

Max volume size 32 MB / 2 GB / 4GB with 64k clusters (not widely supported) / 2 TB / 8 TB (2-KB sector)

So, yes, you can have an 8TB FAT32 disc, but the file size can only be 4GB-1byte...

Windows gets around this by splitting the file internally, but it will still show as one file in folder view.
