Modded N3DS crashed once while updating Mii plaza - streetpass (crash log)

I decided to enable streetpass for the first time, and after all the intro it asked me to update it from inside the app, when I did it crashed with this message:

I then restarted the console, tried again and it worked just fine.

Should I be worried, is something wrong / unstable within my system?

I tried this, but it said I was on the latest version. have you tried a normal system update? what firmware version are you on?

I was on the latest Luma version and the latest system software too.
I updated those (in that order) a few days ago when I started using my 3ds again.

For whatever reason, Mii Plaza updates are served like regular game updates are instead of being served via firmware updates. Go figure.

I tried updating in the app as I think you did. It said I was on the latest. I tried, so I have no idea what's going on on your end
