I did not but there is no reason it should not work i guess. It is a simple HBL elf.
it does indeed work fine with CBHC and I guess it can be useful to people who need rednand or sysnand with wupserver, but for booting into just sysnand with sigpatches its probably still best to just use the CBHC system menu option itself because that takes 30 seconds to coldboot, in comparison this takes 1 minute to coldboot.

Awesome, this should really make things easier for people just getting into Wii U CFW.

Just out of curiosity, would you recommend this to someone who already uses an IOSU fw.img? Any unique features or anything like that?

If im reading OP right, its doesnt currently fully support rednand, but once it does it will most likely be able to dump nand and load it on its own, so yes, it is an emuNAND solution.
redNAND works fine.
what is currently not working is using a copy of your NAND on another console. only launching to WiiU menu is working, launching an app will hang/freeze.

thanks for this dimok.
good name too :)
is there a typo in the thread's title? choca or choco ?

Edit:
Is redNAND partition being created on first redNAND launch too?
users should backup their SD card first if they don't have an already created redNAND partition.

So what are the benefits here for someone currently on straight Sysnand using Sig Patcher with Haxchi?

Is this to eliminate many of the steps for an IOSUhax install?

Thanks for the work you guys put in to the scene.

So you can only launch it but can't play things
no, you can launch it and play things ON YOUR OWN console.

on someone else's console with YOUR SD card's redNAND dump, you currently can't launch things.

what is sdio nand manager for?
this is a windows tool to manage the redNAND partition (backup/restore, I guess)

yes you can.
when you launch it, you have a menu with a setting where you select what to boot (sysNAND or redNAND, settings xxxxx On/Off, etc.)

I didn't test it yet, but it's just logical answers based on the first post information !

And will it dump redNAND to my sd when I boot it? Will it format my sd then?
I asked it already, just waiting for the answer.
but I suppose it does format the SD card on first use of redNAND. so, yes, backup your card first. you'll have to put back all the homebrew after redNAND partition format.

edit:
yes, it will create redNAND partition on first redNAND launch.
You will be prompt to press Power button to format SD card (so be sure to backup everything first), or it will reboot the console after 60sec.

like said on first post, OTP and SEEPROM are dumped the first time they are used, there's no confirmation needed, it's done automatically.
