Is there a such thing as a mobile phone emulator that can play mobile games on the computer?

    There are many for smartphones
My Nokia N70(Symbian OS S60 V2) can even run full speed GBA games
    http://www.vampent.com/

I have tested pokemon and it plays well and its full speed now slow downs at all
But i don't know what kind of phone you have because most people don't see Samsung E900 and higher or lower are just cheap ass phones with very low processors(Well not even processors any more just Micro controllers)

There was an easier mobile emulator that was more like a GBA one. It was called GameMagic.

Not sure how well it plays recent games as I stopped using it when the N-Gage came out.

I did also use an official Nokia simulator but I forget what that was called.
