Hacking MK7 NTR Debugger - Certain Maps Crash On Grand Prix

Is this normal? I'm using a US cia version of the game but my 3ds is eur

edit: a bit more info
the maps that crash work perfectly fine on time trial&without ntr
the game crashes when the screen goes white to transition into the next race
my 3ds is of the old variation
i'm running mk7 ntr debugger on linux through wine
