Hacking Minimal and safest way to by-pass Region Locking.

Hello guys.
I just bought an European 3ds but all my games are from America.
I want to keep my 3ds as retail as possible but I just need to by-pass the region locking in order to continue playing my games.
I don't want to install any CFW (If it isn't needed).
Is there minimal and safest way to by-pass region locking without installing any CFW?

Absolutely no custom firmware, right?

Buy a second 3DS that's natively USA region.

-or-

Buy a replacement USA region motherboard and swap places in the EUR body.

-or-

Trade your EUR 3DS for a USA 3DS.
