    Best place/prices on mini-itx motherboards?

I've thought of a cool mod idea so I'm starting to price up and find out what I need... I need to get my hands on a small enough motherboard and processor, I would guess 17x17cm or smaller. Spec wise it needs to be a minimum 800Mhz-1Ghz (needs to emulate SNES and Genesis, that would be sufficient I guess?) And have composite (TV) out. I can't say I'm very knowledgeable on these mini-itx boards and stuff so ANY useful advice, recommendations etc would be great!

    Thanks!

www.overclock.net are EXCELLENT for this kind of thing, hell they have monthly modding competitions! Post your Qs up there and I'm sure ya' won't be disappointed.

(Apologies in advance if I'm breaking any rules, but as it's a PC Hardware site I don't think its a competitor to GBATemp.)
