Gaming Minecraft/CraftBukkit Permissions/Plugins Help

I need some help editing my Minecraft server permissions & use of plugins. I have tried to edit these to no avail.

First, I'm trying to make a server hierarchy with the use of PermissionsBukkit 2.0 with 3 groups, Admin, Mod, and a Normal/Default Groups. I am using the following plugins allong with this on my 1.5.2 server.

I'm going to use the usernames of the people I want in each position, I asked & they don't mind.

I want this basic order:
Admin - Can do anything
Mod - Has everything EXCEPT WorldEdit, /op, & /deop
Normal/default - Only Can /tp (NOT /grouptele), lock chests, /sethome, /home, /setspawn, & Build

I also want each group to have a color & a prefix to go with it. (All still have white text for messages)
Admin - Orange Name & "Admin" prefix
Mod - Blue Name & "Mod" prefix
Normal/Default - Green Name only, No prefix

The groups are as follows
Admin - TyBlood13
Mod - SophieStanley, Shadolo448
Normal - mdwnettleton, Guarim, gibbynation67, nintendofan651, & McAlister79

I'm sorry for having to ask the Temp to do this for me, but I just don't understand how these work.

I'm attaching the yml files that go with PermissionsBukkit & Colored Groups. I had to zip them since it wouldn't let me upload .yml files.

If you know how these all work, PLEASE set this up for me.
