Hacking Migrating from SXOS to Atmosphere and system update

I am now currently running version 10.2.0 and SXOS
Should I update my firmware to the latest version that is supported by atmosphere and then install/migrate to atmosphere or should I go the other way around? And can you help me how to do it since I don't know how

Edit: I'm using SX Core and I am wondering if there is any guide to help me migrate to atmosphere

Here's a whole collection of useful guides. For your needs, you'd first take a look at guide #11 to migrate, then guide #15 to upgrade.
Pretty straight forward and simple, just be sure to read everything beforehand.

Okay I have successfully switched to atmosphere 1.0.0 and running 12.3.0 via emuMMC. I am using fat32 since my exfat failed twice. Any advice on how to move some games that are over 4GB?
